Diana Lee, CEO of Constellation Agency, shared her first women’s empowerment message through a video called “Breaking Down Boundaries” at the May 2019 Leading Women event in Texas and was subsequently invited to moderate a panel around Driving Change and Pioneering Female Leaders at the Leading Women Detroit Conference, which took place on October 16, 2019.
Diana and Constellation Agency debuted a follow-up video, the next in the content series advocating for more female leadership in automotive and other male-dominated industries. The video and panel discussion, Driving Change, featured Diana, Corina Diehl, CEO of Diehl Automotive, Shilpa Patel, Indirect Regional Purchasing Director at Faurecia, and Crystal Wyndham, Interior Design Director for Cadillac. Representing all facets of the automotive supply chain, the group of women offered differing perspectives on how to succeed in the modern world as a woman, with a string of consistent, actionable advice for young women coming up through the ranks.
