Our CEO, Diana Lee, was a featured speaker at the Automotive News Leading Women Conference in Dallas last week. Diana shared how she defied the odds as an Asian woman in a male dominated industry over the past 30 years. She tells her story on how she moved from feeling like the only Asian female in the Auto industry to a leader who advocates for diversity, female empowerment, and breaking down boundaries.
Diana’s speech was inspirational and here is how she connected deeply with her audience:
“She shared how she overcame personal obstacles and did not shy away from demanding respect as the boss.”
“Her story was a much needed reminder due to her approach in getting the women at her company to open their eyes to how their male counterparts did not wait and asked for what they want.”
“Diana was funny and inspirational all in one speech in telling her story of perseverance from relocating to the US in 1973. “
